i watched TMNT the other night its a pretty cool film but anyway i was was watching it and what i thought was quite affective was the slight bumpy texture on the ground when then they are in the jungle at the beginning so i tried to use this for my floor on my desert plan

after the long and tedious proses in maya i think i have done it i have done my final tweaks today i give the ground more shin to see what it looks like and it looks better i allso timed the grass so it all goes of all at the same time i changed the lights in the house it reflects on to the ground and it seams to look better
imagine greater test
i had a go a adding the logo imagine greater to see what it will look like it looks ok but i might not have it because it might be to much and there is is all ready to much going on so i might just leave it

soundf
i was just trying to add some sound to my video first thing i did was to get the general sound of the ufo this is what i wont it to sound like but im don't no what to do to recreate it
i am going to use this for my wind mill because at the beginning of the video it is spinning and i was just wondering what it will look like with sound ?
i had a go to recreate the ufo sound bye blowing through a straw in to water but it wasn't the sound i was looking for

the theme im going for is exactly like the set in close encounter and allso in the film paul , within films and stores of aliens and ufo abductions this is the typical style they go for because apparently there are more sightings and conspiracies in places like Roswell, area 51 and low populated areas like that and most of the time based in America
im gona use america symbols like there house design wind mils to use in my animation

i have done the majority of the animation i really wonted to do a pre render to get a feel of the light beam and thank fully it worked really well the next thing i need to do is
creat a wind mill
*darken the sky
*make the moon smaller
*and moor sand affect
*lower the house
*change the camera angle

hitting a dead end with the sci fi theme iv decided to go with the abstract side of things like the adverts are now, i was considering the idea of things crumbling like my video to reveal the syfy title but in stead of pins us different shapes that will to reveal syfy

i
i like the concept of things beaming up like in star trek so i wonted to involve it in one of my ideas so i had a go in maya. at the moment im like the light fog but at the moment this video is just a prototype i don't no what i did but the text at the bottom was spouts to fade in at the end but it stayed there all the way through the animation ?? and like an ideate i rendered the wrong camera this was my persp view and the camera view was positioned in front of the text head on
